The canopy is rated UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) 50+ for that extra protection from the sun. It has an easy to use crank handle to open and close the parasol and a tilt facility for extra shade. Please remember not to use in windy conditions, never leave up when not in use and always secure with a suitable parasol base. Complete with a free protective cover.
